Fried Eggs with Sausages
Fried eggs with sausages. It's super easy. Good for breakfast or a quick meal. Just eggs and sausages cooked in a frying pan. I make this all the time when I want something simple and filling.

What To Do
- Take your frying pan and put it on the stove. Turn the heat to medium.
- Cut the sausages into thick slices. If you like whole sausages, you can leave them as they are.
- Put a little oil or butter in the pan. Wait until it gets hot (like, a minute).
- Add the sausages. Cook them for about 3-4 minutes. You want them to get a little brown. Stir them sometimes so they cook all over.
- Push the sausages to one side of the pan.
- Crack the eggs into the empty space. Sprinkle some salt and pepper.
- If you want the eggs runny, cook for about 2-3 minutes. If you want them cooked through, just leave them a bit longer.
- When the eggs are how you like them and the sausages look done, take everything off the heat.
- Use a spatula or a big spoon to get it all onto a plate. That's it. Eat while it's hot. It's good with some bread or toast if you want.
lightbulb_2 Tips
- If you don’t have sausages, you can use ham, bacon, or even some leftover chicken works fine.
- Butter tastes good, but oil is fine too. Don't use too much or it'll be greasy.
- Keep the heat on medium. Too high and the eggs can burn.
- You can throw in some chopped onion if you want extra flavor.
- Don't crowd the pan. If you have a small pan, just do two eggs at a time.
